After initial contact either by phone, email, or via our wedding marquee enquiry form, we will visit to assess your wedding celebration site and discuss your requirements, then quote for your wedding marquee hire. If preferred, we will send a quote based on your intial inputs and then visit if asked.

During our free site visit, we advise on types of marquee and any aspect of the wedding marquee hire and celebration arrangements you wish to discuss. We measure the garden or other wedding party location to check sizes and layout and ensure that we gain a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the event.

If a booking is made we take a deposit (usually £500) and send a wedding marquee hire confirmation. Final details are made nearer the Wedding date and last checks made 10 days before the wedding celebration.

For a Saturday Wedding, we usually erect marquees on Wednesday & Thursday and remove them on Monday or Tuesday unless by mutual agreement.

We do not charge for Sunday use after a Saurday wedding and can be flexible about delivery and collection days.

A typical wedding would be for 120 guests seated for reception and dinner followed by a dance in the evening.

For this, we would provide a marquee large enough to seat all 120 with standing room for drinks/reception before sitting down.

We provide all tables, table cloths, chairs, dance floor, stage etc, plus a small tent for kitchen area.
